1stly I wanna say TGIF!
2ndly I wanna say I had a longgggggg break on last few months
during my longgggggg break of holidays I also hv been doing some PT jobs here and there.
including filming.
and i love e most is filming!
though its extra but I m also learning new thing from them

and now i m glad to announce tt i got myself a new FT job!
its my 1st wk of work
and though e plc is like so far at SC changi business park
but still good to hv shelter bus from TPY
as long as i m able to catch it
and hoping not to miss it
coz cabbing is not a good 'feeling' for me :(
as in coz cabbing is real expensive
and i don wish to waste so much money onto it :\
i d like to save as much money as possible
coz...
so anw...
though e stress lvl at work is there.
but i m still doing good! :)
i m still hoping that i can cope up w everything.
hoping tt each day when i m in e office it gonna be good!

hello I m here to share with u how does haze hurt our body...

coz nowadays Singapore is hving haze

and e hazing is real bad

right now e PSI is still more than 100 if I m not wrg :(

so plz do take care of ur health peoples!

try stay indoor if possible!

do drink lots of water!

and rest well if possible!

take care ppl and do wear a mask when if u need it

lets pray and hope that e haze will gone soon and lets pray and hope that everyone not to fall sick and live in good health condition!

foods and recipe

I have been making new dishes almost everyday and I posted it at my FB!

ppl hv been 'liking' and also asking me how do I make this dish and that dish.

so I d like to share my recipe here with u

a dish requested from Valerie she is asking me how do I cook e prawns?

its actually very simple.

according to one of my photo abv

let me share with u my recipe here

(:

 

1. wash e prawns and trim e sharp point away.

2. sock a few gou zi zhi (e one orange in colour) in a bowl for 5 mins

3. add a pinch of salt and pepper on top of e prawns.

4. massage them with ur hands (make sure ur hands are really clean)

5. slice ginger 4-6 slices and put then in between e prawns.

6. add in e gou zi zhi on top of e prawns.

7. get rdy ur steamer and steam it for abt 5mins till almost cook then add a little of wine of ur choice!

8. steam a little while more till it really cook (rmb not too long or e prawns will shirk) after that its rdy to serve.

 

p.s: careful its hot! good luck and do enjoy cooking and eating it!

how do we cope with stress?

I used to snack chips to de-stress or just snack it.

but now I m trying to snack grapes/fruits to de-stress or just snack it.

I believe that each one of us hv our own stress.
but how do we de-stress?

I believe each one of us hv our own method to de-stress.

but is it e right method to de-stress?

some of u may wan to smoke/drink to help urself to de-stress.

but do u know by this way it hurt ur health condition?

let me share with u

how do we cope with stress?

 

just do whatever u feel like doing it.

but better not to hurt urself.

stay with people who is (+ve) and not (-ve)

fellowship is impt!

do hv engh rest is impt too!

and also try to...

have a place to Pray to God!

Pray to God till ur burden is lifted up!

I caught myself in Vasantham and I was filming this show called "Remembering SARS"
its based on true story in SG!
I m e one in hot pink and black top w my long hair tied up!

sorry this is really a belated post!

but still in e month of May :P

although my bowling skill is really bad TTM!

but I had a great time bowling tgr with my lovely N182 friends/family at Tampines Safra on one of e  rainy Sunday after service and fellowship!

FREE hair cut at Tony&Guy

this is me before and after I cut my 5-6inich of hair away at Tony&Guy hair dresses shop. (nearest MRT station at Bugis)
I cut it for free.
coz they need model.
although they are newbies but allow me to share this post w u

they are currently looking for female model for next month assessment (24th,26th,27th June)
and if u want to hv FREE hair cut (but must be below shoulder length)

anw i wanna thanks God that i still able to hv e chance to hv all these small extra roles!
though its just a small extra roles but at least i get to earn some income and also i m taking it as learning new experinece with any of them!
and also i wanna thanks God that it seems like this year i keep hving a few calls coming in from them to ask me to help them for filming!
though it can be a small role but at least i get myself some income and experience with them!

sometimes ppl asking me.. what do i film.. on which channel.. they wanna see me on tv!
sometimes when i heading out.. my neighbor also asking me few Q(s)!
like example they will ask me.. where did i go?
when will i be appearing in tv again?

小林, Happy Bday cake ideas

CAUGHTION: Its gonna be a really long post!

hello as i promise tt i ll share with u e ideas of 小林, Happy Bday cake

here i go..

1stly on tt Sat just before Sun come...

 i went to fairprice and i wanted to buy milk



so yay!

i did!

i bought Meiji milk home!

and i took photo with e mooooooooooooooo too!

(show u e pics next time)

after that with all e ingred i hv - milk, water, eggs, flour, butter.

after mixing them well.

half way thru e mixing my switch jump

i was a little panic

coz on e next day Sun we gonna celebrate CGL's bday!

and i was like OMG!

Dear God, plz u gonna help me on this situation!

let e switch be back like soon?

so i adjusted e main switch

e 1st time cant work

still a little panic

so i try e 2nd time yay e switch is back!

so thanks God for that!

but i mess up my kitchen becoz i didnt switch off e beating electric and e choco thingy tio my wall, hair, floor, etc etc.. had a hard time cleaning up! 

after i had mixed them well

i poured it out in a square mental box/container that one for baking purpose.

and let it bake for abt 45mins left right.

use toothpick/satay stick to poke e middle

if nothing stick e toothpick/satay stick means its well cooked.

after which let it cool for few mins

 at e same time prepare ur whip cream for e top



 



my 1st try was choco whip cream failed

e real panic feeling come out again

and this time round i really go OMG!

i was like why e cake is out alrdy but i failed e choco whip cream

then i was like how how God how on that day itself

i was really panic for awhile and then idk how come suddenly i open my fridge

and i found 2 packets of milk that can make whip cream

so i took 1 out of e fridge and try

and i was like yay!

finally i pass e 2nd try out!

really thanks God for that!

after that cut out 1 thin layer of e cake before u spread e cream ard e cake.

by doing that it helps to smooth e cake

or else it ll be uneven and not balance at all

 after spreading

i used orea e biscuit i bought it from fairprice too to deco e outside

gonna deco at a fast speed or else e cream will melt

so after deco ard i freeze e cake in e top freezer while i trying to prepare for e final deco

but before that i used e orea-o cream to cut out e word

"Man-U"



 



waited for ard 30mins left right i took out e cake

and continue on e deco with pink poky poky biscuit

adding e words "小林, Happy Bday  =)"

i hv to deco it fast coz e cream was really melting on that day

and i do hv one biscuit drp deep inside e cream i cldnt take it out coz e cream really melting away.

so was trying to speed up e time while e cream still melting

after that i smash e rest of e cookies and deco at e side

and freeze it back on top again

just before i slp

i put it down e freezer

on e next day morning before i head down to church

i was hving a hard time looking for plastic bag/paper bag to put in e size of e cake-box i hv.

so abt few mins i found one real red and big 'auntie' plastic bag to put e size of e cake-box i hv.

on tt day itself i really felt like one 'auntie'

but at e end of e day it was still really awesome

i wanna thanks God for when e panic situation come in (switch jump, failed cream, plastic bag)

He is there for me

whatever comes my way He is there to guide me

nth is too late

with God nth is impossible

and i really wanna thanks God that i still able to reach church on time after e morning Qing Ming i had!

and yar..

abt e decoration of e cake-box and e cake itself

e ideas of "soccer" team

actually comes from a few times of discussion with Danny abt how shd we celebrate our CGL's bday?

(ok i m trying to cut short e story)

so we were like kind of thinking what he likes?

so i asked Eliza, what he likes abt?

so i rmbed Eliza says abt camera, soccer, he likes Man-U etc etc..

so from there i decided to do a "soccer" thingy

and so i keep searching from internet abt soccer, Man-U etc etc..

so e box i decided to hv some green soccer filed

and e goal feeling w e Man-U soccer ball on

and for e cake e orea represent soccer ball

and rmbing he likes Man-U so e words Man U is there

for e words "小林, Happy Bday" on top of e cake.. e ideas came from Danny!

i wanted e words in red but i cant find anything to replace red

so e most close color is pink so poky poky take over e red.

and i wanted it to be red coz Man-U shirt is red in color

so tt was how i came out with e "soccer" ideas!
