Do what is right and Try not to do what is wrg for ur back. take cares. hope that all of u here wont have any back problem. coz its really kinda suay to hv back problem. i m telling u this coz my mum had a back problem b4. and were given for 1 mth hospital leave. bt she is back at work now.. bt sometimes she really complian abt her back problem. :/ be really careful of ur back. takecares yeah...
